Shipping methods

Free standard shipping – United States & Europe: 7-15 business days. International: 10-25 business days. Available worldwide.

Express shipping – United States: 3-5 business days. Europe: 2-3 business days. International: 4-10 business days.

Order processing

Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces need 7-10 business days of production first. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Customs & duties

For US orders, Imperial Artisanat covers and prepays import duties and carrier clearance fees. Outside the US, any duties or taxes are set by your local authorities.
