If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

Interpretation
The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Imperial Artisanat, located at Km 35 Route d’Asni, Douar Zaouit Bouhita, Tahanaout, Morocco.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Imperial Artisanat, accessible from https://imperialartisanat.com/ (Update this if you have a new website).
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date you received the Goods or on which a third party you appointed (not the carrier) took possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us with a clear statement. You can notify us by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- You notify us of any issues or defects within 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to do so may result in the inability to process a return or refund.
- The Goods are in their original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that by nature are unsuitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or have expired
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
- Orders where the quantity of goods exceeds 5 pieces
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send returns to:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
