Moroccan Black Kilim Mat

Hand-woven on a traditional loom in Morocco, this one-of-a-kind flatweave kilim has a charcoal black ground with bold rows of rainbow-coloured Berber motifs — diamonds, chevrons, crosses and zigzags — inside a fine white border, edged in bright pink. Each symbol is part of a centuries-old Berber visual language, and the weaver chooses and places them by hand — so this exact piece will never be made again.
