Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once it is accepted. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated.

Made-to-order production

Many pieces are produced specifically for you after purchase. Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary with the workshops.

Handmade variation

Because pieces are handmade from natural materials, small variations in colour, size, weave and finish are expected and are not defects.

Returns

See our Returns policy. Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
