Care guide
Made well and looked after, these pieces last for decades. A little care by material goes a long way.
Wool rugs & textiles
Vacuum gently without a beater bar and rotate occasionally for even wear. Blot spills immediately, never rub. Some early shedding is normal for new wool.
Leather poufs & bags
Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Keep out of prolonged sun and heat. Condition full-grain leather once or twice a year. Stuff unfilled poufs firmly.
Brass lighting & decor
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Brass develops a warm patina over time. Polish with a brass cleaner to keep it bright, or leave it to age.
Ceramics & tableware
Hand-wash glazed and Tamegroute pieces with mild soap. Many are food-safe for dry, cool use rather than oven or dishwasher. When in doubt, hand-wash.
Straw & palm
Keep dry, dust with a soft brush, and reshape by hand if needed. Avoid soaking.
Hammam & beauty
Store black soap and ghassoul clay sealed and dry. Use a little at a time, and keep water out of the tub between uses.
