30-day returns on stocked items
Stocked pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is arranged with our team.
Made-to-order & custom pieces
Because they are produced specifically for you, made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right, a replacement or a full refund. Keep the original packaging.
